LAKE PLACID, NY – San Francisco Chronicle outdoors writer Tom Stienstra was awarded “Best of the Best” and the President’s Award as National Outdoor Writer of the Year, newspaper division, from the Outdoors Writers Association of America, the organization announced last week.
